Contacted her to ask if she could do alteration on some dresses and she replied she was willing to do it after school holidays. I agreed and asked her to confirm the address...I was left hanging, she disappeared and never replied to my last message. As a new possible client this put me off. She might have realised she couldn't take the job... or for any other reason...that's ok...but as a courtesy, I would expect a simple reply.

Rupal at Rupal Tailoring has been an absolutely delightful find! She was so courteous, professional and very attentive and helpful throughout the process of going through what I was looking to get done. I had two lovely sarees that I needed converting one to a lengha suit and the other as a ready to wear saree. Rupal totally understood what I was looking to achieve and she managed to do a brilliant job of it. I was very happy at the end results and made the intended wedding occasions a delight to attend. Got an alteration done on a dress. She actually fitted it nicely and was quick to get it done, as well as reasonably priced.
