        Landlords beware! They go around asking people to write good surveys after they receive a bad one. I myself trustingly added three good surveys to bring up their rating once when they had received a bad survey. Do not get fooled by a false show of honesty. I have learnt my lesson the hard way! Choose a more established Agent not a dodgy one!
