Sorry excuse for a manager I called to dispute some damage that occurred on the vehicle I was given as a courtesy car. When I collected the car I dealt with a lady named falak. When I previously had a car from the same branch a man took me around the car and pointed out damage that had been done by previous renters and said all of this had been noted down. However, falak did not do so, I asked her about the damage to the wheel and she proceeded to tell me that everything was noted down. After returning the car I was met with a 80 charge for wheel damage so I called to dispute. Falak then proceeded to hang up on me as I was speaking after using arrogant tone saying Ive got other calls to answer I proceeded to go into the branch to speak to someone else where she continued to be condescending and didnt give me the information of her superiors. Ive never had such awful customer service and I dont know how a so called manager doesnt watch how she comes across when dealing with customers. Such a disappointing experience as the car also smelt of cigarettes. All around poor and would not recommend.

After a very negative experience with another rental company, I booked with Enterprise and collected the car within 1/2 hour of booking. Special Thanks to Falak Mughal. She provided first class service
