Bluebird Care Brent

Would be great to be able to speak to the owner below. Your business is being run by rude, incompetent and nepotist. Your carers have no training and your management team is useless, as they prefer to side with their friends (nepotism) than hear a real claim. Why two assessments if nothing agreed on the carers details match what the person that was sent to me? I highly recommend the braised soup made by one of your carers, as if you braise one food, you brase them all, even if someone has shown your carer how to make soup multiple times. Im spending twice the money, binning food and then having to order it from a restaurant. I have some interesting stories and pictures to share, if you really want to improve. Nothing against migrants, but they need the basic training for any cultural differences, and the carer had someone showing her how to do things for too long. Abhorrent service but Id like to be part of the solution, as its not ok to have carers the level you have. You take a massive chunk of their paycheque, they deserve good training. ADDENDUM: immediately after I posted this evaluation, Bluebird Brent ceased my contract, and only afterwards it replied to it. It really shows what they are made of: total lack of accountable people

They didn't care enough to send a message of condolence when my mother died in January this year even after I complained by email to the Registered Care Manager/Director. They did make sure they sent the final bill, however.

I've worked for Bluebird Care for 9 years! The pay the atmosphere and family feel is amazing! Absolutely love my coordinator and manager for Brent! Thank you all for your support Kanta

I started working for bluebird care two months ago! The training was great with Sandra very informative and my coordinator Mariam has been so helpful and understanding to my requests! I love all my clients best place to work for!!
