Our boy was here from 1 year and 9 months and initially in the "baby portacabins" everything was very good staff members sophie Gemma were great and our boy was happy and engaged... HOWEVER he moved at two to the next stage toddlers portacabin and instantly there was no where near the same level of care as staff did not seem to spend time or engage with the kids anywhere near as much, however Bernice and Nicola are superb!!!!! We have sent these comments to the nursery which details that pretty much the other staff are utterly terrible children are left to there own thing. We personally noticed after not being bothered initially our boy and other children including wrong shoes on feet and children noses being left to run our boy got very upset in being left there and told us that he was not happy and did not like certain staff, almost everytime that the boy had to be dropped off or collected staff are sitting and not engaging with the kids or parent! He was fed and did not escape but had very little engagement from staff that all you could say really is that they were very lazy. We have now left the nursery and my boy is very happy in his new one....on the last day we were given a book with details of our boy that we have never seen since he moved to his new section with comments and descriptions that appeared to have been hastily added recently. I would say honestly this nursery there is very little structure and learning given with staff that are counting the hours to go home and not engaged with children, nothing sadder than seeing all the kids staring out the door waiting to be collected as bored in there baby prison. Class rooms are closing and merging as we are not alone in the belief that this nursery is not good enough for our children.

A few exceptional staff but even they can't make up for the majority. I witnessed children playing with toilet water, my own 3year old child I found crying in the entrance hall after being left behind (I was told "accidentally, following an earlier trip to the other side of the nursery"), my child was left in wet clothes all day following an accident. I used to cry dropping my child here for the time I had too. I wouldn't recommend.
