A total waste of time and public money. They had no advice to offer rather than "make a complaint to the local health board".

The association refused to find out information about where to report breaches of drug and medicine legislation to - they repeatedly signposted me to orgnisations that only collect intel and do not actually deal with individual reports of drug medicine breaches of legislation in this country - when a call to the DOH by them may have found out the information - we have so many signposting agencies in uk that actually do not help but just push service users from one orgnisation to the other without actually seeking accurate answers - I was sent to the CQC MHRA all of whom only collect information and do not interact with the public or give any feed back re any reports - I was also sent to the GMC Parmaceutical council who are self policing and seem to have no interest in pubic safety only protecting their members ....both refused to investiagte the breaches of a GP and a pharmacist and both refused to answer critical questions in relation to the breaches of drug medicine legislation clearly laid out and ignored just the same - Legislation is here to be complied with but it seems as members of the public the only way to address such serious life threatening breaches is to go to court - who can afford this and why should the public be forced into court as the only way to get legislation complied with?
