Amazing all staff are friendly and helpful. But pimm was on a different level always happy and smiling extremely helpful and attentive to our needs was excellent customer service different level she is the main reason I'm now here everyweek someone thank her she a blessing

Used to come here very often with my family and it was very fun and always worked perfectly. Today however, it was very crowded and we had to wait 15 minutes to even get to the counter. We prebooked and still were not prioritised or even asked where we would like to be - upstairs or downstairs. Also, it takes atleast 5 tries to have one ball counted, and at one point we were waiting 10 minutes for it to count just one ball, and we kept trying over and over. It kept missing our best shots, and would count almost only the worst ones.

Terrible stuff , misleading information on the website eight out of 10 shots, not recorded by top tracker or other system. Pre-booked visit in the morning for the afternoon but on arrival after waiting of 15 minutes weve been told there is no available space on the top floor but something on the ground floor where the system doesnt work. Waste of time.
