Orchard Woodburner Installations

After being left in a real mess by another local log burner installer. I contacted David at Orchard as we didnt know where to turn to. David came round and assessed exactly what needed doing, to put right the shoddy and dangerous mess wed been left in. He put me in touch with Alec at Fire and Heat on Winsford Industrial estate and we purchased a clock burner directly from them (They have an amazing showroom). David and his team, arrived exactly when they said they would, explained everything that they were doing, and even when things went wrong because of the failings of the previous installer David and his team sorted it quickly, efficiently and still finished within the original timescales. To say we are pleased with the results is an understatement. If you are thinking of getting a log burner installed we highly recommend the Orchard team.

Did a great job, clean and tidy and exactly as described. Best thing for the house I have spent money on and so glad I chose Orchard to do it.

If only I could give more than 5 stars! David has gone above and beyond from day one, offering a huge amount of advice and support. Throughout the installation David, Matt and Kev arrived on time,were extremely professional and clearly explained what they were doing. They left absolutely no mess and honestly it was a pleasure to have them. Thanks to you all. Highly recommended!

Great service from start to finish, really pleased with the log burner, installed to replace a gas fire.
