        Absolutly brilliant . Had to take my dog in emergency on sat morning .. & i had a mild heart attack on the car park ! They sorted me out & then my dog .. cant recomend highly enough x

        Disappointed with the inconsistency of customer care. Lymm Vets are excellent but experience at Oakwood fell short of expectations. 220 consultancy fee just to be told my dog needed an MRI from an impatient consultant - who let me know he was very busy! I had already paid the Willows group over 400 in consultations and Xrays (at Lymm) for this conclusion. The phrase 'money for old rope' springs to mind. The fact that insurance covered me is irrelevant and the group would do well to remember that even when it comes to veterinary care, we have a choice.
