        Terrible experience. I actually felt like I was being pressured to buy into their flea and worming subscription and had to make a decision right away. The nurse was one of the rudest ppl I have ever met and I got told in so many words I spoil my dog and my energy was anxious and it was causing my dog anxiety. She was pretentious and very nasty to my dog. I guess care has gone out the window its all about selling to the customer and making them feel awful if they dont buy into it. The receptionist wasnt much better
