Residential Survey Group

Gareth completed a level 3 survey for us in December 2022. Really pleased with the amazingly quick turnaround time and the detail of the report which gave us full visibility of a handful of minor issues with the property that allowed us to renegotiate on our purchase. The report was really detailed with loads of pictures, including drone pictures of the roof. Once we had moved in to the property we had a slight concern about a few small cracks around the windows, so emailed Gareth to get his advice. Gareth had spotted these during the initial survey, but immediately called me and revisited the property double check our concerns and put our minds at rest. I really feel like Gareth went above and beyond and I would 1000% recommend him to anyone looking for a survey.

The Residential Survey Group survey was undertaken in a timely, professional, helpful and friendly way. They were also affordable with the end report and subsequent information proving to be incredibly good value for money. I very much recommend Gareth and his organisation - definite 5 stars!

Gareth is incredibly thorough when carrying out the survey, the paperwork was highly detailed and went into every aspect of the property with relevant pictures. Outside of that, Gareth has taken time out to find out and advise on the boiler system at the property which is outside of his remit, but also shows he goes the extra mile and isnt satisfied until you know every detail. Would highly recommend.
