        really bad service. tried to get an appointment twice two days in a row with concerns of early sepsis and no help at all.

        Great experience - surprising considering the news. Receptionists on Friday and today (Saturday morning) incredibly helpful and friendly, and the GP a polite, and most importantly, good and thorough doctor. Uses a simple and intuitive app for comms, repeat prescriptions etc. Even my elderly parents are iPhone literate enough to be capable of using this. Based on my recommendation my other half will be moving to this practice due to terrible experiences with both reception staff and repeat prescriptions at Oakwood medical centre.

        Amazing service. Considering most people in the country are complaining about their doctors service post pandemic I can honestly say the response time, politeness and efficiency were outstanding.
