Daneside Court & Daneside Mews Care Home

Nikki and the staff have all been amazing for Mums integration into the home. This was a challenging time for us and Mum, especially with COVID. Everyone at Daneside has been so helpful and understanding. Mum loves the staff and they have gone above and beyond to accomodate her. Despite Mums disease causing her to decline and being so rare, they really do care about her and her wellbeing. I live in Australia and they have been so accomodating with Skype/Whatsapp which is so important to me and Mum. Thank you to all the staff here.

Would not recommend. If you even cared about your loved ones in the slightest you would not send them here. You don't see what goes on behind closed doors. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely fantastic the manager and staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for ya they deserve alot of credit for the work they do

My mum has been there for 18months and is well cared for. She is clean, safe, well fed and loved by all the staff. When she is unwell they call for the doctor at the first sign. She is encouraged to walk about freely and family are made more than welcome to visit unannounced anytime . They have regular activities coffee mornings, entertainment.if we weren't happy with mum there she wouldn't be there.
