        On 3 occasions they have not included icecream for each cake ordered. Buy 2 cakes and only 1 person gets ice cream. Not good. Gave them 2 chances and they've done it again. Only order from here if you're happy to receive half of what you expect and pay for.

        Ordered over an hour and half ago.. took me to call them to see where it was and they said be out in 20 mins to then get another phone call to say theyve ran out of something! Not good service whatsoever!!

        Took the kids here for a treat on Saturday evening. The shakes were great But the cakes and cheesecakes are absolutely disgusting !! Please dont waste your money they all ended up in the bin.. the cheesecakes were like jelly . I even took a video where it shows the top layer peeling off and wobbling like jelly. The piece of kinder on top was chewy !! The same with the Ferrero rocher. The cake was dry as a bone. Really really annoyed that I travelled from knutsford and paid 30+ for every single cake to end up in the bin. Save your money and get a 1 cheesecake from Iceland much nicer
