I was contacted by Jamie Rafferty of Delve Recruitment in the summer of 2022 about a sales management opportunity. While I wasn't directly searching for a change, I was open to the opportunity to learn more. With Jamie's preparation, I navigated the process of learning about a new company and job, pre-client interviews, client interview prep, final interview, negotiation and job acceptance - all the while uniting me with an unfamiliar (international) work culture and ethic. I could not have done this without his constant support and coaching. He is absolutely 100% committed to both client and applicant, and will work tirelessly to ensure a perfect match on both sides. Jamie is an excellent communicator and coach, and taught me how to negotiate for the biggest career move I've ever made. During my recruitment I worked with Jamie Rafferty. Jamie was a pleasure to work with as he was extremely clear about the details of the company that he represented. He made sure to constantly stay in contact and update me on any new developments. I felt as if I was prepared for each stage of the interview process because of the conversations I had with Jamie. I ultimately accepted the job offer as Jamie had done an excellent job of conveying my needs to the employer and ultimately securing those needs in the offer letter.
