Brilliant service, very quick to diagnose what issues I had and huge benefit felt following treatments and follow up exercises that were given. What was incredibly useful was how knowledgeable Charlotte was and she was able to clearly explain to me what the issues where and how my different problems all connected together so we could work on a strategy to make my whole body better. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you so much to Charlotte for my c-section scar massage. I had 3 sessions and I can feel a great improvement. I have limited feeling around my scar area and my scar is quite bumpy and dark, but it's been so much better since my massages and with the exercises I was given to take home. Thank you!

Ive had a few massages from Charlotte at Edena Therapy now and they have all been great. I suffer with shoulder problems and Charlotte releases tension and gives me exercises for at home too. Shes also helped me when I was pregnant and given me advice as well as treatments. Would definitely recommend.
