Service they provide is lower than poor, never ready on time, always a long wait even after ringing prior to going. No wonder they have signs up about abusive customers as i can understand why customers do loose it when treated the way they do. I think they should either drastically improve or close. shocking service, I have tolerated the lower than poor service with Lloyds pharmacy for over 12 months, but no more, enough is enough, just got sick and tired of lost medications waiting more than 5 days at a time for prescriptions to be ready, absolutely not fit for purpose, and as I am a diabetic I need a reliable trust worthy service. Therefore I have changed the pharmacy I will be using, as from today.
