The staff have a job to smile and the atmosphere you could cutI dont understand why this pharmacy doesnt make you feel welcome everytime you walk in..its such a cold welcome like they dont want you inI will defintiley be reporting this to NHSa service with a smile doesnt cost anything

There is one lady in uniform with short hair who is always nice & polite, there is an indian lady in plain clothes with long hair who needs to learn to be a little more friendly & a little less rude and condesending. Her customer skills are non existent & her attitude leaves a lot to be desired.

I have always experienced very kind and helpful staff at this pharmacy. However there is an exception. A pharmacist who can be extremely rude and cannot calmly solve issues. She always has to be right. Issues sometimes occur between the doctors surgery and the pharmacy and patients end up in the middle of this. If you cross her she can be rude and when challenged simply refuses to give you any further medication, Apparently I intimidate the staff which is an utter lie as I rarely go in the chemists. I happen to know some of them quite well. This happened today to me. She threatened me twice and I am now left without essential medication. I cannot get out and about to solve this either as they well know at this pharmacy. She blamed it on the NHS and the snow. Good Luck!
