Unhelpful and inconsistent - try buying medicated eye drops for someone with an eye infection ! Ive been sold them once then on two other occasions its a flat no despite me describing the exact same symptoms. Really unhelpful and offer no alternative products or recommendations, zero empathy, clearly dont care - what a bizarre way to deliver customer service for someone who has an ailment. I went elsewhere and bought them. One star is pushing it here

Whenever I come here for prescription the answer always is they don't have it. They scheduled me and my husband for flu vaccine and when we got there pharmacist just said the person doing the vaccine has gone home and so we better just go to a different Well pharmacy. Another one, I got there 7mins before closing time to pick up a private precription then the pharmacist said they couldn't find me in the system but then because it's nearing 1pm they can't help anymore because the store has to close. The other day I was also picking up some pills and the pharmacists were talking about my prescription and laughing about it then said they are giving back my prescription and I can go to any other pharmacy to find it as they don't have it again!! Not helpful at all.
