I used to struggled with my relationship with food. Often strucked in binge/restrict cicles and feeling food guilt when eating things like chocolate etc. 12 months later Im stronger than ever, I jnderstand balance nutrition and I DO NOT HAVE FOOD GUILT ANYMORE! Sam has improved my relationship with food forever and has got me kn the best shape of my life. I just can say, GRACIAS.

The key takeaway from working with Sam is how much I have LEARNT! I was literally a sponge week on week learning the truths about how to approach nutrition and training, it is clear that Sam really knows his stuff! I also improved my relationship with food and my body image (not fully there yet but I know the steps I need to take to make healthy habits). My current goal is to keep embedding these daily habits into my life to be able to maintain this long term to feel healthier in myself! Thankyou Sam for all of your support.

I came to Sam originally to help me with my IBS but since learning about nutrition from him and learning to manage my food intake in a healthy and maintainable way my whole lifestyle has changed for the better. I look at food so differently to previous diets I have tried and am now, through Sams teaching, able to understand the gym / nutrition on my own and live a truly healthy lifestyle in the least restrictive way possible. I am so grateful to Sam and his help!!

I signed up to Sam as I felt I really need some guidance and Education around Nutrition and to make some better choices with a healthy and balanced lifestyle His advice and guidance was a real culture shift for me learning it's not always about the numbers on the scales; and that it's ok to eat anything without feeling guilty or berating myself...therefore enjoying a more balanced lifestyle. Sam is first class in what he does. He's never judgemental he's patient with a chaotic mum lifestyle and he's honest. Thanks for the support Sam.

I reached out to Sam as I wanted help to get back in to a regular gym routine. I found that I felt out of place in a gym as I hadn't been for so long, and consequently walking in to a gym on my own felt so overwhelming! The structure and knowledge that Sam provided has really set me up to be independent and confident. I'm back in a regular routine, I know when to up weights and how to mix up my work outs when the gym is busy. Our chats naturally delved in to nutrition, vitamins, sleep and hormones too, I learnt so much through reaching out and can't thank him enough!
