I turned up 10 minutes early for my appointment, as requested in National's email, to be told it is only a 'time-slot' and my car will take 2 hours to change one tyre. I was offered a new time-slot but the wait is still 2 hours to change one tyre due to 'staffing difficulties'. I was told the confusion is due to using Halfords system which is not set up for a 'fast-fit' tyre service like National UPDATE Phoned before going this time. New time slot of two hours is not long enough. They need car for whole day to change one tyre I asked for my money back and got cut-off! UPDATE 2: Don't waste further time and effort contacting customer services as you get a standard apology letter - whoopee

Far cheaper booking online, so would recommend that. Had to wait to get the car seen to, blamed on 3 guys off but only 1 was unforseen (Training/Holiday/Sickness) Still giving 4 stars as I was kept updated and was looked after when it was my turn

Called in to National Tyres on Saturday morning to see if my tyre could be repaired as it had a screw in it and a slow leak. I was told they were booked up and could do nothing for me. They could only offer me to take my car in on Sunday morning at 10am and wait to have it looked at. Ended up having a new tyre. What a shame they have no emergency slots to help people out. Good job I could keep my tyre inflated to drive it over 6 miles back to them on Sunday.
