No stars (but the review process will only accept 1 star as a minimum). When I got the vehicle home, I discovered the carpets were sodden, due to a leak from a badly-fitted replacement windscreen. As I live about 100 miles away, they advised me to have the car professionally valeted, and to send them the invoice, which they would pursue with the people who fitted the windscreen. (This was bad advice - the responsibility for meeting the cost of the valeting rests with Wincham.) The valeting people had to remove all the seats and carpets, and removed 16 litres of water from the floor pan! In over two months, they have not only failed to pay for the valeting, but have never returned even one phone call. The car also needed a new clutch soon after I got it, and there was a fault with the seat belt and air-bag sensors - neither of which were covered by their useless warranty. They have no interest in after-sales customer care. Absolutely hopeless. Avoid like the plague.

Car not as described, refundable deposit initially paid but very rude and volatile towards clearly upset pregnant lady when asking for it back. Drove 200 miles for 4 hours for car described as immaculate, I can assure you, no ones 'time was wasted' more than mine. Bits of interior snapped off and duct taped over, rust, sat nav refused to turn off, seals/trims hanging off, colour been picked off steering wheel/gear stick etc. and no paperwork shown!
