Honestly cannot fault the team at Belvoir, especially Clare who we have primarily dealt with. Just moved into our rental with Belvoir and the service received has been second to none. The highlight for us has been the communication. Clare was fab throughout the process and even supported us with some issues we were experiencing with our previous letting agent which immediately put our minds at ease. We feel very confident that were going to be looked after well here by the team. Loved the little touch of a personalised card when we picked up our keys too! Thank you for making our move feel so easy.

I was feeling really unhappy with the way I was been treated by my current letting agents based in Northwich. l had been loyal for over 10 years through unpaid rents, council tax summons and an increase in fees that wasnt requested. I found Belvoir by chance on Google and thought I would give them a ring, Im so glad I did. James was incredibly helpful, not only saving me money but also advising how I deal with the bullying response I had from my current letting agency once I gave them notice. Its been so easy dealing with Belvoir, I now feel like a landlord who can relax knowing that my property is in good hands. You can tell its a family business because they care and communicate. Highly recommend giving them a call to chat through what you need as a Landlord.
