Having just bought my home from J Lord and Co I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to look after their customers. Julie was my fabulous go to person and was always on hand to talk through any issues but every member of the team is friendly, professional and approachable. If you are looking for an independent Estate Agent who work incredibly hard then J Lord and Co are the ones for you.

I initially dipped my toe in the water to sell my house in November 2021. Jacqui and Julie were excellent from the outset and had an offer lined up within 2 days. Due to missing out on the house I wanted to buy, I withdrew from the sale but went back to J Lord & Co 8 months later. They had another buyer lined up within 2 weeks. Throughout a period of 6 months they went above and beyond liaising with the chain, solicitors, mortgage advisers and a builder. Every time I contacted the office the other staff knew exactly where things were up to and gave me detailed updates. Julie in particular kept calm and held her nerve, even when things went wobbly part way through. I would definitely recommend J Lord & Co as professional, diligent and efficient estate agents. They were a pleasure to use.
