Gary and his team gave us an all round 5 star service. We wanted to remove our 40 year old back boiler and replace with a combi in a different room so lots of plumbing required. Gary returned my enquiry call within 30 minutes, visited the following day to survey and price. They came the following week on time to carry out the work. The team of 3 were clean and tidy, new exactly what they were doing and worked hard to complete in 1 day. All rubbish removed and everything left tidy. We now have a new boiler with a 10 year warranty. These guys are reliable, do exactly what they say and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Service: Heating system installation

In true typical winter fashion my boiler died on me on the coldest week of the year so far and I was keen to get it repaired as soon as possible. Im a new home owner and my current boiler was 20 years old. I got in touch with Gary via his website as he was local to me. He immediately responded and tried to help me offering trouble shooting tips. He arranged to come and take a look the next morning which was a Sunday and sadly my boiler wasnt fixable. Within a week I had a new boiler, scorching hot water and a swanky new thermostat that Id never had before. I cant recommend Gary and his team enough. It was all made clear to me what was required and I never felt pressured or obliged. It was honestly like having a member of my family doing the work for me and they left my place clean and tidy after they had finished, taking all of the old stuff away with them. Im so grateful that he was able to help at short notice at a price that was affordable to me, given all the extra work that was required. Without a doubt I would recommend him to family and friends alike and will be using his services for many years going forward. Trustworthy, Friendly, Reliable, Punctual and Respectful.
