Very pleased so far. Only had the system a few weeks but we know what a bad phone system / provider looks like and these guys are professional with a decent product. We have had a few phone systems over the years. The most recent system we just got out of was double bad, system was unreliable and the support was awful. MRD have so far fitted a system which works and been very attentive with teething problems and setup changes we have need. The main thing is the system has been reliable. I would recommend MRD Technologies as a decent phone company with a good product. You can trust that this review is accurate because I'll be on here like a shot to edit it if anything changes

Let me start by saying, I am not one for leaving feedback. However MRD Technologies and Derek Shannon in particular deserve this feedback I have dealt with multiple ISP's and resellers over the years and the one thing that always lets them down is poor communication. I am an IT manager, so I know more than most that things dont always go to plan. In my experience when there is bad news, resellers and ISP's go quiet to avoid the uncomfortable conversations. This tactic is incredibly frustrating because it hinders me being able to feedback updates and timescales to the business. Luckily for me, this is not how MRD Technologies or Derek Shannon deal with things. When there were issues or problems, I would get a call immediately with an update and the plan to resolve them. I came across MRD Technologies after another supplier had let us down massively, with only 28 days until our office move date. I spoke to Derek and told him the almost impossible predicament I was in and that we had a very short window to get internet into our new office. He got the ball rolling straight away and managed to get the first steps completed within the same day. He then prioritised our survey with the ISP and this was completed within a week. (4 times faster than our original survey with Virgin) Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of both of our control, we didn't end up meeting the original move date however this was through no fault of MRD Technologies. Derek continued to update me and chase the ISP every single day. I even got updates directly from Derek when he was on holiday and on multiple occasions, out of office hours which were very useful when needing to feed info back to staff and directors. We are now in the new office and the internet is all setup and working, all thanks to MRD Technologies Update - Since being in, we had a major outage to our internet service (External issue). However once again MRD (and Derek) stepped up and worked tirelessly to chase engineers and the ISP for constant updates and fix times. Its very reassuring to know that we now have a reseller thats not only interested in making the initial sale but will continue to support us with any issues going forward. For any business that needs a reliable reseller who will go above and beyond for their customers. I cannot recommend MRD technologies enough. 5* support and communication from day 1.
