Shipping is DOG slow. Order placed on 2nd April, arrived 14th. Completely appreciate that there were two bank holidays in there but there has to be at least something any business can do to get their lead time on a piece of hard foam down to just a few days.
To compound this, a few days after I placed my order, I started getting Facebook retargeting ads for 15% off. You might consider looking at your campaign audience parameters and removing those who've literally just purchased your product.
Anyway, the product... Absolutely cannot fault it. I've cut in tons of guns into cases over the years and nothing comes close. Having never used their product before, I thought I should at least check out their how-to on YouTube (very good btw, probably even better if this is the first time you've ever done something like this). Looked simple enough and I so I neglected to buy their tool kit, having already got ample supply of the same surgical blades.
Today I sat down to cut it in. I ordered a custom size because it's an unusual case. To fit my case I had to bevel the reverse edge because the case slopes inward at the bottom and I don't want an awkward/squashed in fit. Easy enough with a brand new blade and a bit of wood cut to the right angle. In the box it went. Lovely.
Placed the rifle in and neatly cut around the top, peeled out the black layer. Looks good so far. Went back around again, this time much deeper to fit the basic depth of the rifle. Peeled that out. Again very easy to get level if you take your time and you're not a neaderthal. Went round again, test fitting the rifle a few times to make an extra few deeper sections to account for the uneven shape.
Finished result is absolutely perfect. Absolutely no reason why anyone should consider anything less than this product. Pick and pluck is great but it's never going to look as good and it's always way too soft and ends up breaking apart in a few months.
Sort your shipping out guys. Your product is too good to be let down by poor lead times.
