I very rarely leave reviews however I've had to make an exception and give a huge thanks to the staff at Principia Law for their service and hard work this past year. From the initial conversation, right through to the last, Principia have been hassle-free and a pleasure to work with. They reassured and guided me through each and every step of the process and remained responsive throughout the case - despite my nagging requests! I do want to give a particular shout-out to Jillian Marsh for being so incredibly helpful. Jillian was quick, always polite and very attentive... a true asset to the company.

For the past 2 years I have had an on going no-blame case which Principal Law have been dealing with. From the moment Jillian Lynch had taken over my case she dealt with it with such ease and efficiency and has kept me updated at each update. I got involved with Principia law after a credit hire car dispute (from auxillis) following a non-fault accident (tip, don't take up your insurer's offer of a credit hire car, unless you want to spend time on a lengthy legal process etc, lots of examples of this happening online!) Initially I was worried that I may end up with a hefty bill, but the staff at Principia assured me at every step of the process, easing my worries and explaining what happens next etc. Long story short the dispute was settled out of court, 6 days before the hearing date (note, the same thing also happened to my friend last year, his was settled two days before the hearing, again plenty of examples online so DO NOT WORRY if/when you get a court date etc.) The staff were very helpful and responsive and I would definitely recommend the services of Principia law to anyone in the same situation.
