    Whilst I cannot fault the service Katie provided as she frequently went above and beyond in terms of the level of service she delivered I'm afraid I was let down by the poor delivery process (where damage to the vehicle likely happened) and inadequate pre collection inspection whereby the damage was not noticed until I arrived to collect. Although the paint chips are small, because of where they are they will require a partial respray of the upper left section of the drivers door and a respray of the passenger side mirror cap. Given this should be a showroom condition car any respray is not acceptable. I'll be without a car for 2 days while its in the bodyshop and it will have been repaired which leaves a bitter taste. Edit : In reply to the business owners response- I'm happy for a member of the management team to contact me but sadly the damage can't be undone and I'll always be left with a repaired vehicle so im not sure what help they can be. My criteria for the respray is that it must be like new. Katie has my contact details (she's a credit to the dealership by the way)

    Whilst I couldnt fault Tom in sales at all, he was excellent and provided all information I needed/wanted, kept me up to date, checked in at every stage, the workshop and service really did ruin it all. I picked the car up and the minute I drove away the clutch was juddering, at first I put it down to myself, coming from an auto going to a manual and not knowing the car, but it didnt disappear and seemed to get worse over the week. I contacted the dealer and I was told it was a characteristic of the car, sadly for them, I actually work in a workshop as a technician so I knew this wasnt the case and they were trying to fob me off. Once I said I wasnt happy with this, and would reject the car, they chose to book me in, to which they then said they were going to fit a new clutch. This all shouldve been picked up when the car went through the workshop before being sold, service advisors telling me the clutch was adjusted, but then saying they would have to check the health check to see if they noted anything on the clutch, stories dont add up.. I also asked for new centre caps as they had got the wheels refurbed but not replaced the centre caps that had excess paint peel on them, to be told I had to pay for them! Again, why wasnt this picked up in the workshop? they collected my car, I asked them to call me prior and they didnt, I also emailed them and relayed the message to the driver that I wanted pictures of the gear box, clutch etc when it was out, I never received this, when the car came back, the time and date were not set after the technician had the battery disconnected, there was no VPE inside the vehicle, they couldnt even be bothered to have it valeted as a good gesture?! Im appalled at this service quite frankly, and I wont be returning to buy a car from there again.
