After a few sessions with Ailsa she picked up something about me that every doctor/gp had missed over the many years and helped point me in the right direction. Today at 38 years old i was officially diagnosed with ADHD. Life is starting to make sense for me and its all thank to Ailsa. Thank you!

Ailsa is truly an incredible person to work with. She is an highly effective listener and acutely asks questions that provide the answers you require. Other than her exceptionally professional capabilities, she is also an amazing person and someone you gravitate to.

Absolutely fabulous, I had tried to quit smoking many times and with 1 session Ailsa helped me quit. Its been over 3 months and never had the urge. I have recommended Ailsa to family and friends.

Ailsa is fantastic, shes helped me so much over the last couple months. Our sessions were done virtually, meaning I could be comfortable at home. Ailsa was really flexible with session times, squeezing me in when I was limited with days or times. She explains things clearly, and goes at a pace that felt comfortable. I wish I had of found her sooner! Highly recommend x

I can't thank Ailsa enough for everything that she has ever done for me. She has taught me so so so much, never let me down, always there and is always 100% honest with me. It is because of her I'm now living my best life. I'm calmer, controlled and so much more accepting which makes me feel happier, content and at peace. I'm now in the middle of achieving my dream and creating my new business (which felt impossible 12 months ago) I have everything I have ever wanted and my relationships are blooming. I would highly recommend this lady, she is amazing. I'm truly grateful for Ailsa.
