Terrible customer service once you buy the house. Lots of problems, total disinterest in fixing or acknowledging them. No consideration that this is your home.

I have only scored a one star as not sure you can score zero otherwise I would. Do not buy a Morris Home! Whilst the House is a great design I am now two months into living in the property and despite Morris still being on site building other properties I have many outstanding snagging issues that still havent been rectified despite all being listed less than 7 days after I moved in - but even worse a complete lack of communication or appearance that anyone cares. Every new house has snagging issues that is par for the course but getting these resolved with Morris homes is painful to say the least! Hannah in the sales office seems to care and has helped chase a few things up for me although it isnt her responsibility now. Everything has to be chased up to get anything done, and to even get a response, despite being given the site managers direct email address and he being on site still!! This is the second site manager in as many months as the one has been moved on somewhere apparently. And this one seems worse!! I have holes in my new bedroom walls where electric sockets had to be relocated due to being put in the wrong place, which was done weeks ago yet I am still trying to chase up a plasterer / decorator from them to come and make good the mess. Only today after waiting over a further week for a reply I get told someone will come in 7 days time! I can describe the quality of aftersales service in one word. SHOCKING! AVOID buying new from them direct! Other house builders are far superior in this department.
