Caution! Please Read! I must warn people to err on the side of caution with this developer. The first question you should ask is 'Why are Anwyl not part of the HBF New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey like every other developer?'. The answer is quite simple, as they wouldn't get anywhere close to being a 5* developer like their competitors. Developers of all sizes, from the largest, to the smaller developers, register to the survey in hopes to achieve a 5* report so they can advertise this proudly on all their sites. Unfortunately, Anwyl are clearly well aware that they wouldn't achieve this given their poor build quality and abhorrent customer service. They rush you into a home and tell you that if you don't pick up any major faults during the handover process, then these would not be replaced. We had the salesperson waiting with us and watching over us. This is meant to be an exciting time to get our keys, which unfortunately turned into a stressful time! There was no care for us needing to get back to work. 12 months on and our 'snag' list is no where near complete. Instead, tireless battles with the developer, constant chasing up and feeling deflated from rude replies. If you're plan is to move into your perfect home, then unfortunately Anwyl are not the developer for you. I have friends who have moved in with other developers (ironically who are 5* rated) with some inevitable issues, but more importantly, issues that are rectified fairly and timely. Their 'Customer Care' team seem to be immoral robots with regurgitated responses to wear down their customers after they have received their money. I am happy to discuss this in further detail with any new potential owners, as we are usually people who are quite easy-going and fair, however, it's impossible to be this way given our, and our neighbours', experiences. Also, their Trustpilot reviews are artificially built up by their internal employees. It's quite obvious when you look into it, however, again another way they they continue to deceive their current/potential customers.

Fantastic Customer Service! We decided on the Winnington Place with Anwyl Homes in Jan 2022. From the time of reservation of the plot till the time of moving in during July 2022, our journey has been fantastic, thanks to the efforts of Kelly and Marie from Customer Service at Winnington Place. Both Kelly and Marie helped us settle down with all formalities, all the way through the process, by going into each and every detail of the property, arranging viewing of the show home innumerable times, sorting out the solicitors and mortgage lenders and keeping us updated on key milestones right through our journey until we moved in July 2022. Kelly and Marie also helped us with discounted service providers with many add-ons we did to the house, before we moved in. The moving in process itself was very smooth and comfortable. After we moved in, Keith Best and Phil Jump, the Site Managers, helped us with everything, from clearing all the snags on the snag list to attending to my adhoc calls for help. In fact, there were very minor snags found when we moved in and we are very happy with the property we have bought with Anwyl. I just cannot praise enough, the hard work and dedication that Keith and Phil have put in and are continuing to doing so in keeping the Customers at the Winnington Place Estate happy. Overall, I would say we have made the best decision in buying the property with Anwyl at Winnington Place and our journey right from the start would not have been successful without the tiring efforts of Kelly, Marie, Keith and Phil as above. Anwyl Developers have been great in terms of their House Build Quality, Customer Service and Reliability.
