        My 4 year old daughter was due to have her hair cut at First Impressions today, my partner and daughter were welcomed by a very rude lady, who made my little girl feel very uncomfortable. The lady said shes not brushed her hair in a long time which is an absolute disgrace and not true. It was 16:45 p.m on a Friday afternoon, the lady clearly couldnt be bothered to cut my daughters hair because it was long curly and thick which we advised when we booked to make the salon aware. Please avoid at all costs, we have never had such an issue at any other salon before. Would give 0 stars if allowed.
