Best gym around. I recently finished a 6 week Olympic lifting course here and would definitely recommend signing up for any future courses they run.

Recently finished a 6 week olympic weight lifting course to learn the technique of how to properly do the lift. I really enjoyed learning something new to add to my gym routine and trainer Tom, who was teaching the course to me and a few other in a group, was superb in guiding us over the past 6 weeks. Tom gave clear verbal instruction as well as giving demonstrations on how to do the various moves and techniques in the lift and how to avoid injury. He was extremely helpful in 1-1 when I found some parts difficult and was always happy to demonstrate again so we knew what we were doing. I'd recommend this course to anyone who was looking to try something new to add to their gym experience.

I really enjoyed this course and feel like Ive made lots of progress in developing my Olympic lifting technique. The coaching sessions were excellent and gradually ramped up the difficulty/technical elements of the lifts. The accompanying training plan was also really good, with well structured and enjoyable workouts that helped further develop the necessary strength and skills required for these lifts. I feel like I now have enough knowledge to continue to develop and refine what I learnt on the course. Id definitely be signing up if this course was offered again!

A really fantastic gym where I feel very comfortable. They have brilliant trainers especially Amy who I have for PT and Sports Massage. She is always happy to answer any questions and adapt certain exercises to suit my needs, but at the same time making sure I am being challenged and keeping me motivated. If you are looking for a friendly gym with trainers and therapists who know what they are talking about - look no further
