Saddens to me change this to 1 Star. I asked Guy to do some more work and he promised to send me a price and carry the work out. Despite me chasing, he never sent the price and then started to avoid my calls. He said, keep chasing me. He may be busy, but customers should not have to continuously chas, just say that you dont want to do the work. I thought I had found my forever plumber but looks like I will have to look elsewhere. Reliability is key. This does not negate the work he did in installing my new boiler but has now left a sour taste. I have kept the original review below. No need to look anywhere else. Guy, is knowledgeable, a problem solver and importantly just gets the job done. I had received many quotes to install my new boiker but for me it was his knowledge and approachable manner that put him ahead of everyone else. Guy installed my new Bosch Worcester Combi this week but also fixed our shower, which had been causing us problems for 20 years and other plumbers couldn't diagnose never mind fix the issue. Took. Guy literally two minutes. Guy take pride in his work and I couldn't recommend enough. I'll be getting him to do all of our plumbing and gas engineering going forward.

Got messed around by another plumber on a big renovation and was recommended by my electrician to use Guy. He has been fantastic and his knowledge is second to none. When faced with decisions, rather than just doing the easiest option, he had my best interests to heart knowing what would look and work best. I would recommend him highly.

Received an excellent service from Guy. I had been let down twice by other local plumbers. He gave advice over the phone to get me some hot water and then visited the next day. Very nice man who was efficient and friendly. Boiler fixed - 1st class Service. Would definitely recommend.

Had a radiator fitted by GJR, great service, very clean and a professional job, went the extra mile and will definitely use again. Will be getting back after Christmas to complete more works in the house. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic lad/company. Rang him at 9 this morning, he was busy but said he would come out after he'd finished his job late afternoon, gave me an idea on price of the job, which was very reasonable. Very polite and professional, definitely recommend to others. Thank you.
