Cheshire Cavaliers and Dog Grooming Services

I have never had such a poor grooming experience ever. My cavapoo came back scalped and horribly uneven despite her not having knots. I left very clear instructions which were NOT followed. I'm loathe to give even one star and if there was a minus rating I would use it. For your own peace of mind STAY CLEAR.

Really poor service, groomer herself was inappropriate and rude Family member took his dogs thinking they was in safe hands completely the opposite, his dogs came back home injured and shaken up. His dogs had to go to the vets and get STITCHES. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT HARMED AND FRIGHTENED DOGGIES.

Cried when I saw my baby had been hurt. Regardless of the knots she had, through her biting her own fur, if the job was too hard, it should of been left well alone. No excuse for causing holes in her skin. Thank god she's still got faith in humans and not turned into an anxious girl.

Horrible website i was so angry and upset when a family member came home with the dogs with cuts on them they were scared and had to get stitches do not go to this groomers place if you want your pets harmed and frightened i'm very annoyed.

Cant fault mel and her services , often passed her contact details on to other people who have used her services and continue to do so. Lovely woman with a passion for dogs.
