Been seeing Dr Edward Wills for 5 years now never had any issue with him personally or professionally, calm and caring and quiet in nature, but in my opinion a very skilled Dental technician Would recommend him

After being with Chester Road Dental Practice since a child over 40 + years I had been trying to get an appointment since covid to be told I was no longer a patient. I had no letter,phone call or any correspondence from the practice to say I would be removed, I am so disappointed and disgusted that the loyalty I gave to the practice as my children who are grown up still go to the practice and I'm just taken off the books without prior warning. Obviously loyalty to customers has now gone at the practice since previous partners left, it used to be an excellent practice such a shame.

Just Fantastic, had new tooth fitted today, after an appointment to take all the impressions and measurements, very happy indeed, all of the team were so polite, professional and Edward has done a great job, smiling at everyone now

I am very happy with the treatment I received on Monday 31st October I was referred as an emergency as I was in alot of pain, Mr Wills was very reasurring with me as I am a very nervous patient and calmly talked me through my options as I had to have a tooth removed During the whole procedure I was respected and cared for by Mr Wills and his team I highly recommend this Dentist to others and I will be returning

I would give this practice no stars October 2021, following a recommendation from the 111 operative during the COVID outbreak, when I had a gum problem causing great pain, which proceeded with having , some extractions with the recommendation to have dentures to replace teeth which had been extracted, the neglect to advise properly, in hindsight i now realise would cost me dear, followed numerous re-visits to this practice, (which is quite a distance away) due to the dreadful uncaring and lack of attention paid to the dentures in the first instance, and obviously no attention paid to the end result and how they would look for me, the effects of which is having a detrimental effect on my welfare, I feel embarrassed to talk or smile, and as a sociable person this is having a serious impact on my life. The bottom set were so badly made, they had to be completely changed, for a new set, which is of a rubbery texture, this material, over time continues to flake and peel off, in pieces which almost choke me, several dentures have broken or have fall out, the pain I experience with these dentures rubbing my tongue and gums, causes very painful mouth lesions. The Top dentures, The process of inserting and extracting these dentures is extremely painful, causing great distress and anxiety, also the process needed for these actions is Painful and distressing, the denture keeps falling out, with trepidation and out if desperation i returned to this practice, it was clear the denture was extremely badly fitted hanging down below my existing teeth, i explained i had to keep gluing the tooth back in, all this fell on deaf ears, to my astonishment the dentist began to file the denture down to a stump until it came inline with my teeth but still protruding, I just wanted to run away from this situation followings being told that was the best she could do and if I wanted them fixing properly it would cost me a lot more money, which I cannot afford, I have complained to the manager who passed it on, this person accepts no responsibility for the shoddy workmanship. I do not recommend this practice TOP DENTURE PROBLEMS
