I have started off with 5 stars and we shall see how it goes from here. let me explain. I saw an eBay ad for a printer which is then same as one I already have. So mine now broke would be spares. I placed an offer close to the asking price. Nothing was heard. No communication whatsoever, and the offer lapsed. That are could do with improvement as whilst your offer is active, the buyer has no choice but to wait until such time as they accept, reject or it lapses. I then bought and paid for the printer. Other than the eBay auto response, I again heard nothing. So I called the main number and spoke to the lady that answered the phone. I mentioned about buying the printer and as I was on bulky a little over an hour away, would they mind if I picked it up. I was then informed that they dont sell what they have ready (in my case) and that the orders once placed then action the refurbishment and then supply of the model you bought. So the picture of the printer on eBay may not be the one you buy in reality and there can be a time lapse. That is another area of customer service that needs attention. As unless I had called, I would have had no idea it could take an extended period of time and that the printer I thought I was buying may not actually have been the one they send. Still no communication from them letting me know the process but I did get an invoice a day later. Anyway, I have started with 5 stars and we shall see how it goes. I will update once the printer arrives.
