I have just purchased my second car from Northwich Car Centre. The service from start to finish is second to none! They sourced the perfect car for me and have been amazing throughout the whole service!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Theyre absolutely appalling, and nothing but conmen. Ive done 1400 miles since I got the car. Its spent the last two weeks in the garage, again. 1 - They made out they got me a good deal, and saved me money, when theyd added 1000 to the price of my car without mentioning it. 2 - The car they sold me has cost me 1000 so far, on oil, breaks & diagnostics. And its now costing me another 1300 to make it safe to drive. The turbo needs replacing, the EDF filter needs replacing, the air filter needs replacing and the swirl flaps too. They let it leave their premises with all these faults 3 - They told me the car was taxed and would remain taxed until the new owner forms arrived. The car wasnt taxed, and hadnt been taxed since December. I got an 80 fine for no tax. 4- The breaks were completely worn.

I can not recommend this company enough. They are quick and efficient and the very next day Michelle drove nearly 5 hours to deliver my lovely new car. After this, was a hiccup with a different finance company they kept me posted about what was going on at every step. Then decided to take me through their recommended company and got it all sorted within a couple of days. They are a small family business and have the most friendly and helpful team. I have bought this beautiful Honda Jazz with Ross and his father now on February, I have received a quick and efficient update about everything I need, once Im based on London, he manage to clear out my doubts about the car and also in the day I went to pick up the vehicle I notice a small issue in the rear passenger windows wich one he quick solve ordering a new mechanism also booking a garage service near my house to be fixed. Always kind and polite! Really recommend this guys!
