        Sophie's cakes are amazing.Her red velvet tray bake is the best.Have had quite a cakes from her and I can say that they are always fresh,tasty and great flavour.(with lots of icing) She is 100 reliable, easy to communicate with and very reasonably priced.....

        Ordered NYE cupcakes and they were beautiful! Both in looks and taste! Have now just ordered 3 tray bakes.... First one is a red velvet and the whole family love it! Moist and tasty, great with a cup of tea! Will let you know how the others taste! Thanks Sophie, looking forward to seeing the big birthday cake I've ordered soon also!
