We are absolutely thrilled with the joinery work done by Karl and his brother Colin. They are both experts and friendly in their approach to making sure the finished furniture is right. Everything was designed bespoke for us, and Karl was very accommodating as we made alterations along the way. He wanted to ensure that the paint finish was perfect - which it is - and checked to make sure the colour was right in situ before we cracked on painting the whole lot. The cabinetry, shelves and wardrobes look like they have been in place for years and added not only wonderful character to home, but also very useful storage space. Beautiful and practical. Karl thought and Colin thought about all the small details, such as getting shelving to align, matching all the accessories to be antique brass, soft closures for the cupboard, access to electric points. Also they were exceptionally tidy, always cleaning up after themselves and we trusted them completely. We recommend them very highly and would definitely ask them to do future projects for us. Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen which is totally bespoke and of the upmost craftsmanship. Karl made absolutely everything including our drawer liners and spice racks and showed great attention to detail right from the planning stage to completion and was a complete professional to work with.
