I spent a few hours talking over business plans with Alex who was brilliant! She gave me lots of things to thing about in order to make decisions regarding my future for my business and was very generous with her time. Based on our meeting I have made some plans and would like to thank Alex for helping me to see more clearly how to do this. Definitely a lady/company easy to work with.

Uscita have a great reputation for helping business owners to sell their businesses. But I wasn't looking to sell. I was setting up a new business and that's the time to think about your exit strategy. I had a really helpful meeting with the Uscita team and they helped me define how I should structure my new business so that it would ultimately be an attractive proposition to sell on in the future. They advised me on the type of income streams that potential buyers would find attractive and what would appeal to potential investors. As a result, the business I have started is a much stronger proposition than it would have had. I strongly recommend talking to Uscita if you are developing a business which you intend to sell or if you have a business that you want to sell.
