Gemini Blinds

This is one of the worst organisations I have ever encountered. This business refuses to call you back to discuss any issues and makes wrong assumptions. Our shutters were ordered wrong twice and it took 18months to rectify. They provided a temporary solution however the loan blind did not work properly and we had this for 12 months. There is no appetite to speak with customers they never call you back.

Had quote from gemini advised to have faux wood in bathroom, when quote it was for real wood. Asked for a requote which came through exactly the same price even though faux wood is at least 80 pounds cheaper lady on phone said I read it wrong not true.

The salesman came around, seemed like he was in a bit of a mood to start with, to measure up for blinds for the french doors, I asked for a split blind, he suggested one that goes across which I explained that I didnt want that but he ordered it anyway so I had to wait yet another 3 weeks. I asked him for slats for an existing blind but told me he doesnt do that size so had to buy another rail then finds out its identical to the one already had. When the right blinds for the french door eventually arrived, it had slats missing so had to wait another 3 weeks! Then to top it all, they sent a snotty email saying I hadnt paid the blinds and that theyll take me to court, til I sent another back telling them that I will not pay the remaining cost until the work was complete! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Looking for retractable awnings. The website doesn't have much information and there are covid pop ups every time the web page loads. Annoying.
