        I have a 20 year old bike and several other places had told me to simply buy a new bike as I needed a new rear derailleur and they said it was the old type. I popped in on the off chance and showed the assistant a picture, he handed the right part over from behind the counter immediately at a very reasonable 18. He was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Just what I needed and has saved me hundreds on a new bike.

        We took 2 electric bikes in for a service. On picking them up Jack Gee helped me put them both on the bike carrier he was very polite and easy to talk to. I Would highly recommend

        Although I ordered my Volt Pulse direct from the manufacturer, it was arranged to be delivered to Jack Gee Cycles in Northwich. This was for assembly and PDI checks. I have to say I was very impressed with the service and assistance given to me by Terry, it was a pleasure to deal with him and his wife. I would highly recommend this cycle shop and will be returning for my annual service.
