Called Saturday only to find bank closed, my fault. Called Thursday 27th Aug 10:05am, only to be asked through a glass window what I wanted. (Change account name). Reply. Get in touch with main office, number on back of card. Eventually got through to main office, because sort code began with 77, I am informed I need to go back to my local bank. Having requested their phone number, 9 times failed calls to the bank all unanswered. No wonder Lloyd have a very poor reputation! I am seriously considering moving the account elsewhere. IF Lloyds read these complaints, a rapid reply would be appreciated.

Thank you so, so, so much for working so HARD iln getting our daughters bank account set up. She was so excited at 11 to finally get her own bank account. You worked so hard to make this happen and we cant thank you enough through these difficult times for making this happen. Just amazing dedication through extraordinary times.
