Went in today to arrange international transfer of money, outstanding performance from the staff, had tried yesterday at their Brierly hill branch in the west midlands and they decided not enough information, this branch got the information no issues, well done Northwich branch, outstanding.

Told I would not have to wait to collect change if ordered a few weeks ago and to approach the area where the change is kept . Today told to go back and wait in the queue with everyone else as " they do not have the staff " . Of course massive queue and not enough staff members serving the lunchtime after a bank holiday . Waste of time and no idea of customer service for business banking that costs me thousands of a year

Satwest not open Saturday.. And only after 9.30 so you cant go before work and 4.30?!?! So cant go after Great for people who work 9-5

Useless customer service what Normal working person can go to bank between 9 and half 4 in the week and they aren't even open on weekends!!!
