        Brilliant service, Gareth is so personable, came to my Mums home and removed wax, carried out a hearing test and then provided hearing aids. The after service is brilliant too, cannot praise them enough. Have recommended to several friends.

        Went to have wax removal. Informed him I had pain in right ear. He removed the wax and said the pain should clear in a couple of hours. I discovered that I actually had a perforated eardrum and infection. Not sure how he didn't notice it but was only sat down around 3 minutes.
