Love the house, hate the builders. You have a team of sales staff who don't want to know from the moment you get your keys. Site management who say all the right things to make you think your problems are going to be sorted. A customer care department that have no records of recorded snags, don't reply to emails, don't answer phones and a management team that couldn't care less. I would avoid like the plague. Don't make the same mistake we've made

Becoming nicer as neighbouring house are filling up and will improve when they eventually stop building and road is resurfaced. Other than that it's a nice modern estate
