Topserve

In the last few years, they have arranged to service our photocopier about 5 times and have never shown up. The final time was today. The visit was arranged by phone earlier in the week for today. They didn't turn up. I rang to find out the problem. They had no record of it. We will never be using them again. Have found them entirely unreliable.

Had a HP printer from argos which was not fit for purpose for the amount of printing we do. Needed something faster and cheaper to run. Topserve recommended their Ricoh machines and I'm now spending a tenth of what I would spend buying ink for the HP! The engineer comes along every few months for a service or whenever we call them which is also included. Thanks Topserve.

The service from Topserve is great. I called them last week and they were able to show me how to clear the paperjam myself over facetime which saved me loads of time. My fault as I had been overloading the paper trays which caused the jam! Thank you to the inhouse engineer who helped me over facetime.

Needed a short term copier rental and Topserve were very responsive. Delivered on time at short notice and under budget. Went the extra mile to help remotely set up some more laptops we bought a few days later. Will be using your services again shortly.

Didnt realise how much I was spending on printing till we called Topserve. We were using a home printer but it was too slow and we were constantly buying ink. They did a cost comparison for us and showed that our home printer was costing us around 5p per page for a black print when Topserves machines would cost less than a penny. So an 80% saving in addition to getting a much faster machine was a no brainer.
