Ive visited the shop today after a long time and I found the security man very rude to me just because Ive asked is there is any trolley opened without coin because I didnt have even 1p on me, I was paying by card and I couldnt carry a basket because I had a heart surgery a week ago. He didnt even let me finish my question and he started to talk nonsense about me and then he followed me in the shop. That was very rude and weird! The till lady was very nice and friendly!
